Grassfed Rib Steaks (Bone-in Ribeye)

Our 100% grassfed & finished rib steaks are each around 1lb and serve 1-2 people.

Rib steaks are just your classic ribeyes, but with a bone. They're best seared hot on the grill or in cast iron, and rested before slicing.

Try it sliced simply with a side salad and roasted veggies or potatoes. Leftovers (if you have any) are good in cheesesteaks or on top of a salad.
