Brisket is best cooked low and slow: smoked, braised, or oven-roasted for hours until tender.

Try it sliced with barbecue sauce, chopped for sandwiches or sliders, in tacos or quesadillas, stirred into chili, or as brisket hash with potatoes and a fried egg.
