Grassfed NY Strip Steak

Each of our 100% grassfed & finished NY strip steaks is approximately 10 oz and serves 1-2 people.

Best grilled or pan-seared hot to medium-rare, then rested a few min. before slicing. 

Try it with peppercorn or blue cheese sauce, sliced over arugula with shaved Parmesan, in steak frites, or cubed into kebabs.
