Grassfed Tenderloin

Our 100% grassfed & finished tenderloins are each approximately 8 oz. and serve 1-2 people.

Tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef, so best to keep it simple: roast whole or sear filets in a hot pan and finish in the oven, no more than medium-rare. Let it rest before you eat or slice.
